Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with international companies and multicultural teams, developing strong expertise in occupational health & safety management, regulatory compliance, risk prevention, contractor coordination, and operational safety leadership.
In Spain, Francisco Castellanos is officially registered with the Ministry as a Judicial Expert Witness (Perito Judicial) in the field of Health, Safety, and Risk Prevention, bringing recognized technical authority and deep knowledge of Spanish regulatory requirements.
His extensive field experience, combined with his understanding of both international standards and Spanish legislation, allows him to support clients with professionalism, operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Throughout her career, she has successfully contributed to the execution of complex Oil & Gas projects for major international operators such as ExxonMobil, BP, and Shell.
With strong field expertise, adaptability, and a rigorous operational approach, she has been involved in demanding offshore projects requiring coordination, HSE compliance, operational logistics, and technical interface management in highly critical environments.
